I appeared on Foxnews Live (an online-only program) yesterday to discuss PatientCommunicator.com, a web service that helps make doctors offices more efficient while providing better access to their patients.
This was the blurb:
12:30 Digitizing Doctor-Patient CommunicationsPatient Communicator is a web-based service that facilitates doctor-patient communications through a user-friendly and highly-organized way. Dr. Robert Novich, is a busy primary care physician, and he has been using the program for more than a year and 70% of his patients are active users. I was in the green room, a guy walked in and said it took him a second to realize that I wasn’t Christian Bale. Christian Bale. Seriously? I’ll take Batman over Michael Cera (from Juno) or Bobby Flay (Iron Chef America) any day! I said I didn’t quite have the upper body strength for Batman but wasn’t gaunt enough to be The Machinist.
Anyway, the segment went for just over 5 minutes - which is to say, it was over in a flash! I wasn’t expecting the two other gentlemen sitting next to me to chime in with additional questions so I wasn’t able to say quite as much as I wanted. But hey, it was a good run and hopefully we’ll get some new doctors on board as we move forward.
If anyone knows a doctor who’d like to bring their practice into the 21st century and order to the chaos, tell them to check out PatientCommunicator.com and sign up.
