Great talk - so many of these issues resonate with me and my father but they aren’t messages you hear often, if at all. It’s great to hear them spoken out loud by someone other than me or my father.

My father’s office operates like this, and I spoke a bit about the need for better relationships in medicine.  PatientCommunicator.com is entirely focused on solving this problem.
