Who I Follow

Wow coned messed up our bill and just sent us a $30 refund check. That’s awesome but even cooler is that they include the manager’s email address! Seems like a major step forward in an industry that still operates like it’s 1976. Nice work coned! Now I’m going to deposit my check via the chase iPhone app, FTW.
