Wow, re-watched the Lorax for the first time in maybe 20-25 years. I forgot how depressing this is and how sad it made me when I was really young. Pretty serious subject matter, and an unhappy ending, for a cartoon for kids. Curious how the new film will portray exploitation of natural resources and the tragedy of the commons.
